Bullseye! Geo-demographics & Golfographics for Membership Marketing
Longitudes Group and its creative approach to quantifying and monetizing sports and leisure activities down to the metropolitan area and zip code, is much more than a simple measure of past-times for active consumers.  Sports, fitness and recreation is an important part of the fabric of our society, whether global or local. Longitudes Group unique expertise in tying together insights on lifestyles, age, income, local golf culture and golf participation help clients to understand emotional connections and the economics that drive consumers to get out, join a club and play.

Longitudes Group will be presenting two case studies from a Tulsa club and an Oklahoma City club analyzing the current memberships' demographics in the context of their local metropolitan area.  Learn how your current membership demographics and golfographics will enable you to build a profile of the best areas to highly target your club's marketing efforts.

2017 Club Food & Beverage Trends
Geared towards managers of all levels, this session is designed to look at national trends in F&B with an emphasis on trends which have or will work in the private club environment.  Subjects to be covered include food, beverage, decor, equipment and facilities.
Food & Beverage Profitability - Working with Boards and Committees
Club F&B Programs are by their nature, complex and difficult operations to develop, run and control. As Club professionals, we all know this. However, our Boards and Committees do not seem to know this and often disagree with our thinking. Is there a restaurateur on your Board? Someone who owned a Snack Bar or deli and knows it all? This program is designed to give ideas and concepts on how to work with members and show them how and why we think and act the way we do. The goal is simple… bring them around to understand our point of view. This program has been developed for managers at all levels.

3 Key Strategies for Membership Recruitment
General Managers, key management team members and club leaders of private clubs, of all size, types and geographic locations, are having to devote more and more time to the marketing of their club.  There are also 3 key strategies for which private club leaders must put into practice to guarantee the long-term success of their club.  Additionally, there are certain marketing strategies that produce "immediate success" and there are certain strategies that produce “methodical success”.   Both thematic thrusts are critical and complimentary to each other.  This education session will provide each attendee with proven, practical and workable solutions to immediately implement at their respective private club.  Steve Graves, President of Creative Golf Marketing, has successfully performed membership marketing consultations for over 1,400 private clubs nationwide.  Graves will share his ideas, recommendations and case studies at this high energy education session.
